Join Press The Limit Fitness for a pop up boot camp at Long Acre Farms!
The workout will take place outside on the grounds of the beautiful Long Acre Farms. The workout will be a combination of strength training (using resistance bands, mini bands, and bodyweight) and cardio/interval training (using ladders, hurdles, hills, and bodyweight).
This 45 minute workout is guaranteed to get your heart rate up and provide the fun and motivation that your fitness routine may be missing! Following the workout we'll head over to Wine Wednesday at JD Wine Cellars. Your first drink is included in your ticket to Boot Camp and Brews (applicable to wine, beer, or hard cider)
Open to all levels -- modifications and advancements are provided!
